I had a lot of roblems after downloading some OGG files. The Windows Explorer kept hanging and there was nothing about waiting that resolved that until I did a search.
I should probably create a Reddit account one day. It has so many interesting things there. So, I found the resolution. At first, I installed this app but it didn’t work because I didn’t read the comment correctly. I uninstalled it.
The resolution was simple, just use the app that doesn’t require any installation and follow the instructions in the same Reddit thread. I can load the OGG files to my phone without any problem now.
Shell Extension Viewer is a lifesaver. Another point to note is that OGG files are playable with VLC Player. I could not get Windows/Microsoft Groove to play.
