The working world is made for men. Men are assertive if they stand the ground that rule does not work for the job. Women are bitchy if they make the same tone for the same problem. It is an unfair world. When a man says that the working hours should be this number of hours, he is being decisive. Or whatever term it is.
When a woman states that the working hours should be a certain number of hours, she may be called to stay home and look after the children, or she is not suitable to be out there working.
A woman is usually interrupted when speaking. It is like it is okay to interrupt her despite her expertise. One famous celebrity would be Taylor Swift. I can’t say that I am a fan of hers. I just admire her grit to carry on despite her long list of controversies throughout her career.
Some of the workplaces are poorly designed for women when you have women working in those environment that clearly do not need only 1 gender. This info graphics shows the gap in the employment world.
