It’s the school holidays and the school is beginning a long planned for renovation and changes to the school building. That is fine if I can stay home and work from home. The drilling noise has given me headaches for a week since it started. I can use the ear mufflers that DD has bought but the water cut off from the pantry was really a hard pill to swallow. I didn’t realise that in order for them to revamp the staff toilet, it meant that the pantry water was to be cut off too.
I’m not sure how long I can take it even if the renovations were to be completed by 31 Dec 2014. I might just go crazy without water, toilet (I know, I’m just lazy to climb up and down the stairs for using the staff toilet) and toilet paper. The kids’ toilet just don’t make me feel like using them. I wonder why on earth I can’t just work from home.
