I have been sleeping fitfully for almost two months now, perhaps more. I wish to say it is the room temperature but I highly doubt so. I know something is troubling me, hence, I always wake up just hours after falling asleep. Most of the time, I wake up around 4 a.m. onward. There are days where I give up trying to sleep. Those are days when I’m not working and can nap later in the day or whatever time I would be sleepy.
Until my problem is resolved, I will be having insomnia and I haven’t had it for a long time till this problem came along and I’m still trying to resolve it.
