Horrible Service With True Spa

I am utterly fed-up with True Spa. Each time an appointment has to be made, I have failed to secure any appointments that fit DD and my schedule. DD has made an appointment with the account manager and we have yet to know if it is confirmed because there isn’t any call from them.

This is horrible. We have booked a month in advance and apparently, this isn’t enough. I don’t even know if the person is still working or just ignoring us. Why do we even buy a package when the after sales service is horrible and lacking the attitude to even keep the paying customers happy?

Spas are supposed to keep customers happy so that they will introduce their friends to join in. Spas are supposed to have adequate follow-ups so that customers won’t be even blogging or writing so many negative reviews too.

I don’t even know how much we have left to use it all up so that we will take our money elsewhere. Bangkok and Batam have better services that this company. They even have slots open for 4 hours in advance or immediate.

I agree! I would strongly recommend anyone against going to True Spa. Not only is it hard to make an appt (no one answers the phone continuously)but customer service is an oxymoron to them. With so many other choicesafter my package is over I am never going back there!

    Hi,

I’m in the midst of coordinating a legal class action suit against True Spa. In my mailing list are more than 30pax whom faced similiar frustrations: True Spa’s lack of basic customer svc and immense difficulties in getting thru their booking line and getting booking slots! They also screwed up confirmed appts. The list goes on!Wonder if u r keen to join in the combined legal action against TS. If so, pls email me at [edited]. Cost less than $50 per pax to get the lawyer letter out! Will cost less if more participants.Thks in adv.
