If ISD is supposed to be a strict detention center, then it has failed because there are tons of loopholes waiting to be exploited. I find it funny when there is a zinc roof leading to the fence, and that Mas Selamat could have just possibly walked away, without needing to scale the fence. That is a big security flaw. Who in this world will believe that sawing off the handle of a window makes the window secure? If so, there will not be any need for grills. When there is a misunderstanding between ISD and the contractor, why wasn't the contractor re-hired to finish up the window grill? They want us to give the ministers some leeway, but they have not shown the right to have such leeway. I still wonder, why keep the ISD chief.
