Earth Won’t be Green
The Amazon would be dying if the global warming continues.
“The importance of the Amazon forest for the globe’s climate cannot be underplayed,” said Daniel Nepstad, author of a new report by the World Wide Fund For Nature released at the U.N. climate change conference in Bali.
It’s scary to think that with lack of forests to absorb the carbon dioxide, humans and animals that depend on oxygen would be wiped out too. With more carbon dioxide in the air, there’s no way you can survive long. One day, if this continues, Earth won’t be green.
