Dear SBS Transit,

Thank you for providing such a fantastic service. During rainy days, you have given me more waiting time due to the wonderful passengers who hog the front portion of the bus during peak hours.

There was a heavy downpour a few weeks back. I saw 3 packed buses where the passengers were all in the front portion of the bus because of some strange illusion that the back of the bus were either haunted or packed too.

Thanks for the wonderful service where I had to spend $18 to take the cab to work during the heavy downpour because of 3 missed buses that came all at once but were totally useless. Your buses have dripping aircon on both sunny and rainy days. The aircon doesn’t work that well during sunny days. The buses don’t arrive for the next 25 minutes during heavy rain and when they do, they are full packed in the front portion because they love your bus drivers so much.

Thanks for this morning when I had to spend $1.56 instead of $0.67 because your dear feeder bus was packed in the front. Apparently, the bus drivers provide a lot of warmth during rainy days. Oh wait, I forgot, they love the bus drivers. Either that or the back of the buses are haunted. I wish you’d get a bomoh or some medium to exorcist them. Otherwise, I’ll be saying “Blakang lah, bodoh!” just like that mother this morning when she couldn’t board the bus and saw the bus driven away.

Last but not least, I must thank you for the wonderfully packed buses that will come after 20 minutes during wet days.

Your ever-frustrated passenger

    I share your woes! Sometimes I also have to take cab home because I just can’t stand the evening crowd especially after a long day outside.

    oh man, I had similar experience a few days ago on bus 151. I shall not name those moron belonging to which tertiary institution, they were really stuck to the area near the exit or something. I did my part by pushing my way past them to the rear of the bus. I gave them the stare. I almost niao them “do you mind?” And what’s more, there were so many empty seats (ie, morons occupying the aisle seat and leaving the window seat empty)

    GRWWL.

    I take a cab if I’m really too tired to squeeze through or it’s very late or I have too many things in my hands. It’s unbelievable that even at 8pm, the train is still crowded.

    @chillycraps
    Moron indeed. I would squeeze into the seat even if it’s just 3 stops and squeeze out if that moron hasn’t alighted. I love to accidentally step on the toes :P

    During weekends, it’s even worse especially along the East-West line. I alight at Boon Lay and if I travel from town back home, sometimes I don’t even have enough space to stand!

    @James
